The distinctive turquoise surface comes from powdered quartz, not ceramic glaze, fired at lower temperatures using techniques documented in Mughal-era manuscripts and unchanged since 1624.
From wheel-throwing the clay body through multiple firings and hand-painting floral motifs, each vessel requires minimum eight weeks. We do not hold inventory; every object is made to order.
