04Orders & Payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers; by paying, you agree to their terms. Where online payment is not available, your order is recorded and our team will contact you to confirm the details and arrange payment and delivery.
05Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver within reasonable timelines using our logistics partners. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
06Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us via our Contact page within a reasonable period of delivery with details and photographs. Eligible returns, replacements, or refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and our acknowledgement of your request.
07Intellectual Property
Material supplied by Jaipur Array -- including its business name, its own logos and trade marks, and photographs, text, or product information it provides -- remains the property of Jaipur Array. All other material forming this site, including its design, layout, code, styling, and any text, graphics, imagery, or brand assets created or generated through the BrandTurners platform, is owned by BrandTurners and licensed to Jaipur Array for use in connection with this site. Nothing on this site may be copied, reproduced, or reused without the prior written permission of its respective owner.
08Platform & Technology
This website is built, generated, and delivered on the BrandTurners platform. The underlying technology, software, design system, templates, generation tools, and the outputs they produce remain the property of BrandTurners and are licensed to Jaipur Array under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to operate this site on the BrandTurners platform for as long as the service remains active. That licence does not extend to hosting, deploying, or operating the same design, code, or generated assets elsewhere. On termination, Jaipur Array may retain and continue to use the material it supplied, and must cease use of the platform-generated design, code, and assets; a separate written agreement may be made for their transfer or continued use. Information published here is curated through the platform and is verified and approved by Jaipur Array, which remains responsible for the accuracy of its own business information, offerings, and pricing.
09Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purposes.
